Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Customer provides return shipping

• Final sales items are not returnable 

• Personalized and digital/downloadable items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Process
To request a return, email us at: returns@breastcancershowers.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for mailing back your item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
